50 hours. Eight deep modalities. One complete shift in how you coach.
Each modality in this training is a complete field of study in its own right. Over 50 hours, you develop working competence in all of them — and begin to understand how they work together to create genuinely lasting transformation in your clients.
Psychodynamic Coaching
This is the foundation everything else is built on. Psychodynamic coaching goes beneath the presenting problem to the unconscious patterns, defence mechanisms, and early relational experiences that drive adult behaviour. Your clients come to you with goals. They are often stuck because of something far older and far deeper than the goal itself. This modality teaches you to see what that is — and to work with it directly.
Inner Child & Parts Work
Real transformation happens when all parts of a person come with it — including the parts they have spent years trying to manage, override, or outrun. You will learn to identify and work with the full inner system: the protective parts, the wounded parts, the parts that self-sabotage right before the breakthrough. This is where the most significant client shifts tend to happen.
Trauma-Informed Coaching
You do not need to be a therapist to understand trauma. You do need to know how it operates, how it presents in a coaching container, and how to work with it safely — including knowing when to refer a client to clinical support. This training gives you the framework, the language, and the professional confidence to hold this with skill and care.
Somatic Approaches
The body knows before the mind does. Clients will describe their issue in one sentence while their body is telling a completely different story. You will develop the ability to read and work with somatic cues — to use the nervous system as information, and to help your clients access the states of regulation that make real, lasting change possible.
Family Constellation Facilitation
We do not coach individuals. We coach people who carry the weight of their entire family system into the room with them — the loyalties, the inherited roles, the patterns passed down across generations. Family constellation work reveals those patterns and creates the conditions for someone to consciously step out of them.
Advanced NLP Methodology
Language is not neutral. The words your clients use are a map of their inner world — their beliefs, their filters, their unconscious assumptions. Advanced NLP gives you the ability to read that map with precision: to ask the question that opens a door, to reframe in a way that genuinely shifts perspective, to help someone construct a different story from the inside out.
Masterful Space Holding
The container matters as much as the content. Your clients can feel the quality of your presence before you have said a single word. In this training, you develop the professional confidence, emotional capacity, and grounded authority that allows you to hold whatever arises in a session — without fixing, rescuing, or shrinking. This is the skill that makes all the others possible.
