I'm Joëlle.
I know the frustration of desiring to create your online offerings, and not going ALL in... Equipped with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Social Studies, Psychology, and a post-university degree in Psychodynamic Coaching and Therapy, I launched my coaching career eight years ago, serving hundreds of clients worldwide. I’ve worked as a professional coach and therapist for mental health institutions and corporate top companies like Unilever, providing personalized coaching and psychotherapy for high-achieving professionals, managers, and leaders.
While my career blossomed, serving hundreds of clients through coaching sessions and in-person retreats, my inner desire for more income and time freedom grew. I didn't want to be dependent anymore on offering 1-1 coaching sessions, and I knew I wanted to create an online platform, create online courses, and serve an online community. However, I didn't really go ALL in.
I knew how to serve my clients powerfully, but I didn’t know how to scale a profitable, successful, freedom-based business that doesn't rely on 1-1 sessions.
I invested thousands of euros in programs, working with business mentors, but never really took massive, consistent action. I was stuck in a loop of procrastination—learning but not taking aligned action and implementing. Until I hit rock bottom. I was SO done with procrastinating in growing my business. I invested SO much money (over €80,000) into learning and not getting the results because I wasn’t confronting my fears of speaking in front of the camera and showing up online fully. I decided to go ALL in.
Through consistent action, unlocking the power of my voice, building the right systems, and getting confident in front of the camera, I built my first online course and earned over €7,000 within one month of launching—with my first launch (without the use of social media).
Most importantly, I felt so confident showing up in front of the camera, easily creating and sharing content, and my funnels are working for me.
