Our love story.
On a sunny November day in 2021, our eyes met for the first time on the captivating "healing mountain" in the north of the Mediterranean island, Ibiza.
From the moment we met, there was a profound sense of familiarity, and trust in our connection.
Manish: "When I saw Joëlle's for the first time, I immediately had a feeling she would be the woman I was calling into my life"
Joëlle: "I was drawn to his kind spirit and thirst for adventure. Our connection was instant, and I felt as if I already knew him."
Chapter: Ibiza
We each sought a fresh start, a life of freedom, and a chapter of new adventures. Little did we know that the most extraordinary adventure was about to begin.
Together, we explored Ibiza's breathtaking landscapes, forming a beautiful bond of depth and romance, through countless hikes and ocean swims.
Chapter: Central - South America
United by our shared dreams of exploring the world and making a positive impact on the lives of others, we embarked on a life-changing journey. Hand in hand, we traveled to Mexico, Costa Rica, Peru, and Bali, each step strengthening our love and our vision of a future together.
Chapter: Bali
Bali's warm-hearted people, tropical lush atmosphere, and community of like-minded adventurous people, made us feel like home from the beginning. In this tropical paradise, we made dear friends and discovered a sense of belonging. Our hearts brimming with treasured memories and the love we'd cultivated on our travels, we eagerly anticipated the next chapter of our story: our wedding.
Overflowing with joy and gratitude, we invite our cherished family and friends to experience the magic of Bali with us as we exchange vows and embark on our greatest adventure yet. We can't wait to share the beauty of this special island and create lifelong memories with you.

Wedding Location
We are thrilled to announce that we will be exchanging our ´I Do's´ at the breathtaking beachfront venue, Bali Beach Glamping. This idyllic location holds a special place in our hearts, as it was here that we first discussed our dreams of marriage, while attending the wedding of dear friends. We cannot wait to share this extraordinary place with you as we celebrate our day of love and commitment.
Arrival & Schedule
You are warmly welcomed at our wedding location on the 24th of August, at Bali Beach Glamping, Tabanan, Bali. We would love all of our guests to arrive between 12:00 and 1:00 p.m, for your check in and registery. Between 1pm and 3pm, you will have the opportunity to enjoy some lovely food and drinks, appreciate the beautiful atmosphere of the venue and its natural surroundings, and connect with our guests. At 3pm we will start the official wedding activities.
We are delighted to offer our guests the opportunity to stay overnight at our wedding location. We have reserved the entire venue exclusively for our beloved guests to ensure convenience and extend our celebration. You will find a link in the details section, allowing you to conveniently book your accommodation for the night of our wedding.
Wedding theme
Our union brings together a wonderful mix of cultures. With Joëlle's Dutch roots, Manish's Indian heritage and London upbringing, and our current home in Bali, our wedding represents an amazing fusion of different traditional elements. What makes our wedding day extra important for us is our shared spiritual values that align perfectly in our marriage. We see our ceremony as a spiritual moment to express our love and commitment in front of God, giving thanks for bringing us together and receiving blessings for our life ahead. We have chosen a modern Indian theme for our wedding, which means you'll get to experience Indian wedding traditions in the ceremony, activities, and styling. We'd love for you to join in our Indian theme, if you like to. We've included a link in the details section to inspire your outfit choices. Get ready for an unforgettable celebration!
